Guaba celebrates the fusion of Portugal and Brazil. Our debut collection is inspired by the bold architecture of Lisbon and São Paulo, reflecting their creativity and energy.

The Calou model takes its name and inspiration from Lisbon’s Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, a space dedicated to art, science, and education for a more balanced and sustainable world. Its 1969 architecture influenced Calou’s subtle temple stripes, echoing the building’s iconic horizontal windows—a quiet tribute to its timeless design and purpose.

Materials

• Eco-lenses manufactured by Carl Zeiss Vision category 3, 400 UVA/UVB protection. 39% bio-based, crafted from agricultural and wood industry waste, using 100% renewable electricity.
• Frames: Italian premium bio-acetate sourced from Mazzucchelli. Plant-based, biodegradable and compostable.
