Our "4 P's for Planet" philosophy dictate the way we act – P for Production, P for Product, P for Packaging, P for Project.
• 80% of the factory's energy is sourced from solar panels.
• A renewable water circuit recycles the industrial water back into production.
• The factory has the ISO 14001 Certification, ensuring compliance with international standards for environmental protection.
• Our frames are crafted from premium bio-acetate sourced from Mazzucchelli in Italy, a plant-based material that is biodegradable and compostable.
• Our lenses are 39% bio-based, utilizing agricultural and wood industry waste. Manufactured with 100% renewable electricity, they reduce carbon emissions by up to 50% compared to standard lenses.
Our cardboard is 100% recycled, paper is Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certified for responsible sourcing from forests, and printed ink is water-based.
The cases are crafted with 100% Italian-sourced bio-leather certified by FSC®, PETA-Approved Vegan (no animal origin or testing), and USDA® certified for 44% biobased content. The cleaning cloth is made from recycled microfibers.
Both made from recycled paper.
We give back to the Planet 1% of our sales through the Grow Back reforestation project, in Quinta das Abelhas, Herdade do Freixo do Meio, Portugal.
