Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Guaba sunglasses — but if for any reason you don’t, you can return them for free. We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return and send the package back to the courier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused and in its original packaging. When you request a return, please include your receipt or proof of purchase — we’ll need it to process your return.
How to start a return
If you’d like to make a return, just reach out to us at hello@guabacollection.com, attaching your receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a free return shipping label. Please remember that we can’t accept items sent back without first requesting a return.
We’ll process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your return.

Damages and issues
We want everything to arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your order when it arrives and let us know right away if something is not right — whether it is a defective, damaged, or incorrect item — so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Need a different style or colour? The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you would like.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take a little extra time to process and post the refund.
